Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
Support onboarding, documentation, and employee record management.
Help in payroll inputs, attendance, and HR administration.
Coordinate employee engagement and welfare activities.
Provide support in compliance and HR reporting.
Qualifications & Skills:
MBA in Human Resources (Fresher).
Good communication & interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; eagerness to learn HR processes.
