We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team and support the core recruitment process. This internship provides hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring and serves as a potential pathway to a full-time HR role after 3 months, based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments via phone or video calls
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams
Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and reports
Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms
Provide timely follow-ups to candidates during the selection process
Support employer branding initiatives during recruitment drives
