To support the execution and monitoring of the Performance Management System (PMS), ensuring accurate KPI tracking, data maintenance, and appraisal process coordination.
Job Responsibilities
? Design KRAs and KPIs aligned with organizational objectives and role-specific deliverables.
? Ensure real-time execution and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for assigned departments, verifying data input accuracy to maintain process integrity.
? Facilitate the operational flow and execution of annual appraisal cycles within the Performance Management System (PMS).
? Collect and meticulously organize performance metric data, generating preliminary dashboards and analyses to identify trends or skill gaps for management review.
? Manage the functional inputs for KPI tracking systems, providing necessary data standardization and supporting automation efforts using tools like Google Sheets.
? Regularly review KRAs and KPIs to track progress, validate data accuracy, and ensure timely updates.
? Document and ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to PMS, compensation calculations, and operational efficiencies at the ground level.
? Actively monitor and update employee KPI documentation whenever new, regular work tasks are assigned to ensure measurement alignment.

Knowledge
? Knowledge of KRA/KPI frameworks and the complete PMS cycle.
? Understanding of appraisal processes, performance tracking, and data accuracy standards.
? Knowledge of dashboard creation, metric interpretation, and performance trend analysis.
? Understanding of workflow automation tools, Google Sheets functions, and data structuring.
? Knowledge of SOP documentation practices related to PMS and compensation workflows.
