The HR role is responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and supporting the overall organizational culture. The position ensures smooth functioning of all HR processes and promotes a positive and productive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Handle offer letters, documentation, and onboarding of new employees.
Maintain and update the recruitment database.
2. Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Promote employee engagement initiatives.
Assist in resolving workplace issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
3. HR Operations
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Manage attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
Assist in payroll inputs and monthly HR reports
4. Performance & Training
Support performance appraisal processes.
Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and skill development programs.
5. Policy & Compliance
Ensure company policies are communicated and followed.
Maintain compliance with HR laws and regulations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Prior HR experience preferred
