Assist in posting job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
Screen resumes and application forms to identify qualified candidates.
Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
Participate in initial phone screenings.
Onboarding and Offboarding:
Assist in preparing onboarding kits and documentation for new hires.
Help coordinate induction and orientation sessions.
Support the exit process for departing employees.
HR Administration:
Maintain and update employee records .
Assist with attendance and leave management.
Prepare HR-related documents, such as offer letters, appointment letters, and experience letters.
Employee Engagement:
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
Gather employee feedback and contribute ideas for improving the work environment.
General HR Tasks:
Respond to basic employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, new hires, etc.).
Perform other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by the HR Manager.
Qualifications and Skills
Education:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
