Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO voice & non-voice roles.
Source candidates through job portals and social media.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate records and daily hiring reports.
Assist with onboarding and HR documentation.
Support general HR operations as needed.
Requirements
Fresher or 0-1 year experience in HR.
Good English communication skills.
Understanding of recruitment.
Ability to handle bulk hiring.
Knowledge of MS Office.
HSC OR Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
