About the Role

MFS is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic

HR Fresher

who is eager to build a strong foundation in Human Resources. This role offers diverse learning opportunities across recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, on boarding, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should be confident, well-spoken, organized, and willing to take ownership of day-to-day HR tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. Support on boarding activities including documentation, joining formalities, and orientation. Maintain employee records and HR documentation in an organized manner. Coordinate with different departments for HR-related activities. Assist in attendance tracking, leave management, and basic payroll coordination. Handle employee queries and provide support with a professional approach. Support HR team in employee engagement activities, events, and communication. Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth daily HR operations.

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written). Confident, presentable, and positive attitude. Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment cycles. Good organizational and documentation skills. Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities responsibly. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate with teams. Willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain.
