Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic fresher to join our HR team. As an HR Executive - Recruitment, you will support the hiring process and help attract individuals who share our Trust's mission and values. This role is ideal for someone passionate about people, learning, and contributing to a meaningful cause.

Key Responsibilities:

Support in understanding staffing requirements and assist in preparing job descriptions. Post job openings on various platforms such as job portals, LinkedIn, and social media. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience. Assist in organizing recruitment events, job fairs, and outreach activities. Support in creating recruitment reports and basic HR documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic knowledge or interest in HR and recruitment processes. Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
