We're a leading Electrical Contracting/EPC company seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HR Fresher (MBA) to join our team in Dwarka, Delhi. As an HR Fresher, you'll play a key role in supporting our HR functions and contributing to the growth and development of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interviews
- Maintain employee records and databases
- Support HR projects and initiatives
- Assist in employee onboarding and training programs
- Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- MBA degree in HR or related field
- Freshers with no prior experience are welcome to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
