Assist in recruitment activities (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews).
Support onboarding and induction of new employees.
Maintain and update employee records and HR database.
Coordinate training sessions and HR events.
Prepare HR letters, documents, and reports.
Handle attendance and leave management.
Provide support in payroll and compliance activities.
Assist in employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in HR / Management / Business Administration (or equivalent).
Freshers or up to 1 year of HR experience can apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Eager to learn and build a career in HR.
