Proactively identify recruitment needs and work towards achieving hiring goals.
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Verify educational qualifications, professional documents, and certificates of new joiners.
Ensure effective implementation of HR policies and compliance by employees.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both soft copy and hard copy formats.
Track and monitor employee attendance, leave records, and shift adherence.
Review CCTV footage (as per company policy) to ensure productivity and workplace discipline.
Assist in employee engagement initiatives and provide support in grievance handling.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-2 years of experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations.
Familiarity with Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS).
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and confidentiality.
