Key Responsibilities
Manage employee records, attendance, payroll, and leave management.
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and performance monitoring.
Handle vendor payments, invoices, and expense tracking.
Maintain financial documentation, petty cash, and reconciliation reports.
Support management with data-driven HR and finance reports.
Coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Facilitate communication within the organization and support administrative activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field (Commerce background preferred).
Prior experience in HR or Finance roles is an advantage.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and HR policies.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and financial/HR software tools.
Fluent English communication (spoken and written) is mandatory.
