Role Summary:

We are hiring

Field Recruiters

to support bulk hiring for blue-collar roles (packers, loaders, etc.) in

Ahmedabad

and

Surat

. The role involves field sourcing, conducting interviews, organizing walk-in drives, and meeting hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates via field visits, vendors, and job camps Conduct interviews and document collection on-site Plan recruitment drives and ensure target fulfillment Maintain hiring data and coordinate with HR & Ops teams Build strong local sourcing networks

Requirements:

Education:

12th Pass (Graduates Preferred)

Experience:

1-3 years in field/bulk hiring (Logistics/E-comm preferred)

Skills:

Local sourcing, communication, basic Excel

Language:

Gujarati & Hindi

Must Have:

Own 2-wheeler, valid DL, willingness to travel extensively
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?9,629.87 - ?35,000.00 per month
