Salary: Up to ₹28,000 (In-hand) - NO PF / ESIC BENIFIT
Location: VADODARA
Job Responsibilities:
Visit client sites to resolve employee-related queries regarding PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliances.
Handle queries related to labour laws, statutory records, and employee benefits.
Liaise with government bodies and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance.
Maintain accurate documentation as per CLRA (Contract Labour Regulation & Abolition Act) and other applicable laws.
Support clients in audits, inspections, and statutory filings.
Provide guidance to client employees regarding HR and compliance matters.
Key Requirements:
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Labour Welfare, or related field.
2-4 years of field experience in handling HR statutory compliances.
Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, CLRA, and other labour law compliances.
Experience in coordinating with government officials and labour departments.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel for client visits.
