Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for all retail store positions, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
Conduct job analyses and develop accurate and compelling job descriptions.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs.
Employee Engagement and Retention:
Develop and implement strategies to promote a positive and engaging work environment, enhancing employee morale and retention.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
Proactively address employee grievances and resolve workplace conflicts effectively.
Performance Management:
Implement and administer performance appraisal systems, ensuring timely and constructive performance reviews.
Identify employee training and development needs and recommend appropriate programs.
Employee Relations and Compliance:
Manage employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive employee information.
HR Administration:
Proficiently utilize HRIS and payroll systems for accurate record-keeping and efficient HR processes.
Qualifications:
Education: MBA in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the retail industry.
Skills:
Deep understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team.
Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proven problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
