Manage end-to-end recruitment.
Source and screen candidates using various platforms (e.g., job portals, social media, referrals)
Conduct telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability
Schedule interviews with client companies and follow up on interview status
Maintain candidate database and daily hiring reports
Meet weekly/monthly hiring targets and deadlines
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months to 3 year's experience in bulk hiring (BPO domain)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage high-volume recruitment independently
Own laptop/desktop with high-speed internet connection (mandatory)
Good organizational and reporting skills
What We Offer:
