Key Responsibilities
Deliver lectures, workshops, and training sessions in HR-related subjects.
Incorporate German language as required in HR teaching modules and discussions.
Guide students on projects, assignments, and career development.
Stay updated with the latest HR practices and trends.
Prepare teaching materials, lesson plans, and assessments.
Provide academic and professional counseling to students.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Management, or related field.
Proficiency in German language (mandatory) - spoken & written.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to engage and inspire students.
