We are seeking a proactive
HR Intern
to assist in our core human resource operations -- from hiring and team management to salary processing and exit coordination. This role offers an immersive experience in understanding how HR functions in a creative and fast-paced fashion business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in drafting job postings and coordinating hiring for design, production, marketing, and sales departments.
Conduct initial screening calls and schedule interviews.
Support onboarding of new employees and interns, ensuring smooth integration into the team.
2. Payroll & Salary Coordination
Maintain attendance and leave records.
Assist in preparing monthly salary sheets.
Support in coordinating payments -- both inflow (consultants, freelancers) and outflow (employee salaries, vendor payments)*.
3. Layoff & Exit Formalities
Maintain proper documentation for employee exits and layoffs when required.
Handle clearance checklists, communication, and final settlement coordination.
Ensure professional and compliant handling of HR offboarding processes.
4. Employee Relations & Admin
Assist in maintaining a positive work environment and addressing day-to-day HR concerns.
Support basic admin work related to HR documentation, policy updates, and attendance tracking.
5. HR Analytics & Reporting
Prepare monthly HR reports on hiring, attrition, and salary disbursement.
Help optimize manpower allocation and maintain updated HR databases.
Who You Are
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
Interest in working within the
fashion and creative industry
.
Basic knowledge of Excel, HR tools, and Google Workspace.
