We are seeking a qualified HR Faculty member to teach Human Resource Management with a focus on UAE Labour Laws. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of faculty experience in the UAE, and a solid understanding of UAE employment regulations.
candidates should be comfortable conducting online sessions after training and support. Preference will be given to those currently based in Kerala.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach HR and labour law topics through scheduled online classes (training will be provided for tools/platforms).
Prepare course content, presentations, assignments, and case studies aligned with UAE Labour Law.
Support and mentor students on course-related queries and project work.
Participate in academic planning and virtual faculty meetings.
Keep course material updated based on UAE legal and HR industry changes.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in the UAE (college/university/training institute).
Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE guidelines, and HR practices.
Strong communication skills in English.
Fluency in Malayalam is preferred for better student support.
Willingness to learn and adapt to remote teaching platforms (training provided).
