Job Responsibilities:

Deliver HR-related training sessions to students with clarity and practical examples.

Prepare and present course materials, lesson plans, and training modules.

Guide students on HR concepts, policies, procedures, and industry practices.

Conduct assessments, assignments, and evaluations to measure student progress.

Provide career guidance, interview preparation, and placement support to students.

Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom.

Coordinate with the management and academic team for curriculum implementation.

Stay updated with current HR trends and best practices.

Required Skills:

Fluency in English (mandatory).

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to explain concepts clearly and interact effectively with students.

Passion for teaching and mentoring

Salary:

UPTO- ₹20,000 per month

Qualification:

MBA in Human Resources (Mandatory)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹31,907.26 per month
