Position Overview:

Beat Educations is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable HR Faculty to join our academic team in Calicut. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Human Resource Management, excellent teaching skills, and a passion for guiding students toward professional excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach and facilitate sessions in Human Resource Management and related subjects (Recruitment, Training & Development, Organizational Behavior, HR Analytics, etc.). Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and evaluation methods aligned with institutional standards. Mentor and support students in academic and career-related matters. Conduct workshops, seminars, and guest sessions to enhance student learning. Collaborate with the academic and placement teams to ensure practical exposure and industry linkage. Participate in curriculum development and institutional academic activities..

Experience: Minimum 2 years

of teaching or HR industry experience. Additional Skills: Strong communication, classroom management, and student engagement skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
