We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable HR Faculty member with 1-2 years of experience to train and guide students/professionals in various HR concepts, practices, and tools. The ideal candidate should have practical industry experience in HR and strong communication skills to deliver effective training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct classroom and online training sessions on core HR topics such as Recruitment, Payroll, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and HR Analytics.
Develop training materials, presentations, and assessments aligned with industry standards.
Mentor and guide students on real-time HR practices and tools like HRMS, ATS, etc.
Stay updated with the latest HR trends, labor laws, and best practices.
Assist in conducting workshops, webinars, and placement support activities.
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in core HR functions or as a faculty/trainer in HR.
Knowledge of HR processes, tools, and labor laws.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Ability to engage and interact effectively with students.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HRMS tools is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Certification in HR or related domains.
Experience with recruitment software or HR analytics tools.
