Key Responsibilities:
Deliver online lectures, tutorials, and discussions in
HR subjects
, especially those related to
UAE Labour Law
Develop and update teaching materials, assessments, and case studies
Provide academic support to students through email, virtual sessions, and feedback
Stay informed about changes in
UAE labour regulations
and incorporate them into teaching
Participate in virtual faculty meetings and contribute to curriculum planning
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Management, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of faculty/teaching experience
(preferably with exposure to UAE-based institutions)
Sound knowledge of
UAE Labour Law
including employment contracts, leave policy, termination rules, and gratuity calculations
Strong communication skills in
English
