We are seeking an experienced and passionate HR Faculty to join our institution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in human resource management, equipping them with practical skills, and preparing them for corporate careers. The role involves delivering engaging sessions, developing course material, and staying updated with the latest trends in HR practices.

Responsibilities

:

Teach HR topics like recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, and HR analytics. Develop and update course materials aligned with industry standards. Conduct interactive sessions, case studies, and role-plays to enhance learning. Mentor students on academic and career development. Stay updated with HR trends and incorporate them into teaching. Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements:

Degree in Human Resource or related field. Strong communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to multi task. proficiency in Microsoft office suite. Strong interpersonal and mentoring skill. Ready to travel our different branches. Familiar with HR Software's. Male candidate preferred due to operational requirements
