Exp: 2 to3 yrs
Qualification: any Graduates/ MBA
Salary: 18000/- to 22000/-
Job Roles and Responsibility
For contract labour management -should have basic knowledge of Contract labour Act & Rule and other labour laws (Registration certificate, License, Returns, ESI, EPF, Bonus, etc..)
Factory Compliance Management -should have basic knowledge of Factories Act and other labour laws (ESI, EPF, Bonus, WC, Equal remuneration, Minimum wages, etc..)
Should have Experience in S&E Act, Bonus Act, LWF Act, Factory Act, Factory compliances, Factory Audit.
Ensure timely remittance of statutory payments, timely filling of EPF monthly contribution.
Assist the clients in effectively handling queries, objections and inspection by authorities.
Expertise in MIS, should have knowledge in MS Office.
Knowledge in PF & ESI, Payroll, Time management etc.
