Position HR Experience Partner Business Unit Employee Experience Location Bangalore Adobe's Employee Experience Organization

The Employee Experience team plays a key role in crafting a vibrant and dynamic workplace that reflects our core values. The Employee Experience team helps drive Adobe's success by enabling all of our people to do and be their best. Key areas of focus include Business Partnering, Employee Insights, Rewards, Talent Selection, Talent Development, Technology, Global Workplace Solutions and Employee Resource Center.

The Experience Partners will assist Adobe India managers by supporting them during key moments, using data-driven methods, improving performance culture through mentoring and sharing standard processes. What you'll do

Deliver intentional and proactive support to people managers to elevate their capability, confidence, and overall efficiency.

Provide actionable engagement insights and thematic trends to EX teams, enabling informed decision-making and targeted action planning for people manager persona.

Design and facilitate platforms for managers to connect, collaborate, and co-create standard methodologies that foster a strong leadership community.

Own and evolve the Managerial Charter and end-to-end enablement journey, including onboarding, coaching, and continuous development, in partnership with EX COEs and HRBPs.

Partner with global EX and HR teams to align on manager expectations, frameworks, and enablement strategies that are globally consistent yet locally relevant.

Analyze country-level AES (employee engagement) scores to surface key themes and support follow-through on action plans for manager related priority segments and sub personas.

Drive awareness and adoption of core people processes via coaching such as performance check-ins, feedback conversations, and development planning through enablement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, COEs, and external advisors, to ensure manager compliance, awareness, and execution of key policies and programs.

Translate emerging case trends, feedback, and engagement data into targeted interventions that boost manager efficiency and improve employee experience outcomes. What you need to succeed

MBA Degree or equivalent experience

5-8 years relevant working experience in area of Human Resources or Organizational Development in a global organization.

Significant knowledge in culture building & change management with experience implementing enterprise wide change initiatives

Strong analytical approach, skilled troubleshooter adept at analyzing information, diagnosing problems, and recommending appropriate solutions to HR partners and business leaders.

Project Management:

Planning, organizing, and delivering timely results.

Skilled at using effective listening, probing and investigatory skills to handle complex, sensitive inquiries and conversations

Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural, global organization and to build strong trust-based relationships with remote client groups and colleagues
