We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Executive
to drive our recruitment initiatives across multiple roles and functions. This position requires someone who is confident, organised, and capable of managing the full hiring lifecycle--from sourcing talent to coordinating interviews and supporting onboarding activities.
Primary Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment cycle across assigned positions.
Identify and attract suitable candidates through job portals, social networks, referrals, and walk-in drives.
Conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess communication, fitment, and interest.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Plan and execute campus hiring drives while building strong relationships with college placement teams.
Maintain accurate recruitment MIS, candidate databases, and hiring trackers for reporting.
Assist with onboarding processes, documentation, and offer letter preparation as needed.
Candidate Profile
Graduate or Postgraduate in HR or a related discipline.
1-3 years of experience in recruitment
(freshers with relevant internships are welcome to apply)

Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and stakeholder management ability.
Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
Capable of handling bulk hiring and working efficiently to meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,004.57 - ₹32,055.58 per month
