Generate leads through calls, walk-ins, events, and online platforms to achieve admission and enrolment targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners for long-term engagement.
Identify suitable placement opportunities for students and liaise with employers to facilitate successful placements.
Conduct career guidance sessions, presentations, and regular follow-ups to ensure smooth admission and placement processes.
Maintain accurate records of leads, counselings interactions, and placement details using internal tools.
Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to align strategies for admissions and placements.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly targets with a proactive, motivated, and professional approach.
