About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Domestic Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The Domestic Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across various roles within the U.S. market. This role requires strong networking skills, an understanding of U.S. hiring practices, and the ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle. Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, role expectations, and desired candidate profiles.
Source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and direct sourcing methods.
Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and evaluate candidate fit based on skills, experience, and culture.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating hiring manager discussions, and facilitating offers. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a recruiter in the domestic market (corporate or agency environment).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Working Conditions:

• Office environment with working hours Mon- Fri between 6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST or 7:30 PM IST to 4:30 AM IST.
