Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Executive-Pharmaceutical to join our team at Kukulkan Manpower Consultancy. As an HR Executive-Pharmaceutical, you will be responsible for overseeing all human resources activities related to the pharmaceutical industry. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience as an HR Executive in the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong understanding of HR practices and procedures in the pharmaceutical industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle employee relations issues and maintain a positive work environment
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to the pharmaceutical industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Coordinate and manage the recruitment process for the pharmaceutical industry, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers
• Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures tailored to the pharmaceutical industry
• Handle employee relations issues and ensure a positive and productive work environment
• Oversee performance management and develop strategies to enhance employee performance and engagement
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees in the pharmaceutical industry
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations specific to the pharmaceutical industry
• Manage and maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
• Stay updated with the latest developments and trends in the pharmaceutical industry to effectively support the HR needs of the organization
