Assist in end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interview follow-ups
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Support onboarding and induction processes for new joiners
Handle basic HR operations and documentation
Assist in attendance, leave management, and payroll support activities
Support employee engagement and HR initiatives
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
