Position: HR Executive
Location: Marine Lines, Mumbai
Job Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage HR policies and procedures.
• Manage recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
• Oversee the employee life cycle, including organizing interviews and conducting induction and training programs.
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases accurately.
• Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees.
• Address employee relations issues and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Prepare and present HR-related reports to management.
• Manage employee separation processes.

Qualifications: Graduate
Experience: Minimum 1 year in a relevant HR role.
Skills:

• Adaptability
• Tech-savviness
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Basic to advanced computer literacy

Work Schedule:

• Working Hours: 8.5 hours per day
• Work Week: 6 days a week
• Note: No holidays on major festivals
