Job Description
- Manage centralized payroll of all the employees.
- Manage Time office of all the employees.
- Train employees periodically on functional and behavioral competencies.
- Initiate and manage PF, ESI and other statutory compliances.
- Assist in creating job descriptions, job specifications, etc.
- Conduct job analysis, job enrichment, etc.
- Conducting employee engagement activities.
- Conduct employee performance management activities.
