We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our HR department as a HR Executive. We are looking for a dynamic & energetic individual to join our team. The candidate must be hardworking, great at learning new skills, and self-motivated.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The candidate should be flexible and adaptable; and must be able to meet the deadlines. Good knowledge of MS Office. Working experience with a Human Resources Information System. Attention to detail, problem-solving competencies.
Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain HR reports Compliance with all policies and procedures related to onboarding Joining Checklist Reference check Documents verification check Timely issuance of the offer letter and appointment letter Partnering with managers to determine staffing needs Develop and execute recruiting plans Reviewing job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with the respective managers Posting Jobs on various Job Portals Working with recruitment agencies to source candidates for specific job positions Reviewing and screening resumes and applications Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility Staying current on the company's organization structure, personnel policy, and employment practices Develop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring process Ensuring the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation Organize social events Monthly birthdays Farewell Celebration of festivals New joiners introduction Picnic/fun outing
Educational Requirements:

Bachelor degree or equivalent in Human Resources.

Experience: 1 to 2 yrs.

Salary: Commensurate with skill and experience
