Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities :-



1. Employee Relations



Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and HR policy questions.

2. HR Operations & Compliance



Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements (e.g., PF, ESIC, wages). Update HR policies and employee handbooks as needed. Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data.

3. Payroll & Benefits Administration



Coordinate with payroll/finance teams to ensure accurate and timely salary processing. Assist staff with benefits enrolment and queries (health insurance, retirement plans, etc.).

4. Performance Management



Support performance appraisal processes and performance improvement plans. Assist managers and employees with goal setting and progress tracking.

5. Learning & Development



Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs. Track participation and evaluate training effectiveness.

6. Employee Lifecycle & Separation



Manage confirmation, promotions, transfers, and exit formalities. Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback for HR strategy improvement. Support conflict resolution and workplace investigations. Promote a positive, inclusive work environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
