Job Description

We are Hiring Human Resource Executive

Location: Kaikattivalasu, Erode

Industry: Textiles

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹20,000 - 25,000/month

Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR/Business Administration.

Experience: 4-6 years of HR experience (preferably in textile/dyeing mills).

Knowledge: Strong knowledge of labor laws and factory compliance.

Gender: Only Male Candidates preferred

Skills: Good communication and people-management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning. Payroll & Attendance: Manage payroll, attendance, and leave records. Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Factory Act, and other statutory norms. Employee Relations: Handle employee grievances and maintain healthy industrial relations. Policy & Training Support: Support management in HR policies, training, and performance evaluation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
