Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
Prepare offer, appointment, and experience letters.
Maintain attendance, leave, and payroll coordination with accounts.
Maintain HR documentation and compliance records.
Plan employee engagement and maintain office discipline.
Handle employee queries and support management with HR reports.
Required Skills
Bachelor's Degree in HR / Business Administration or related field.
2-3 years' experience in HR Executive / Generalist role.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets.
Knowledge of HR policies and compliance preferred.
