Key Responsibilities:
Handle the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
Schedule and coordinate interviews, and follow up with candidates throughout the process
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and hiring strategies
Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact to final onboarding
Requirements:
6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Familiarity with sourcing techniques and hiring platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and a keen eye for potential
Ability to handle multiple positions and work under tight timelines
