Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive to manage the end-to-end HR operations of our architecture firm. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of recruitment, employee engagement, HR compliance, and performance management--ideally with prior experience in creative or design-driven industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Coordinate with team leads to understand manpower needs
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance
- Handle payroll coordination and attendance tracking
- Support performance review processes and feedback systems
- Plan employee engagement activities and events
- Address employee grievances professionally and confidentially
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1+ years of HR experience, preferably in creative or project-based industries
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
