Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding).
Draft and manage offer letters, appointment letters, and HR compliance documentation.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management system.
Assist in formulating HR policies, performance evaluation processes, and employee engagement activities.
Coordinate training sessions, team meetings, and internal communications.
Support management in HR operations and reporting.
Contribute ideas for improving HR practices and workplace culture.
Requirements
Graduate / Post-Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Freshers or candidates with 0-2 years of HR experience are welcome (internship also available).
Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) are mandatory.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and handle responsibilities with maturity.

full-time office role
