Act as the HR point of contact at the site and ensure smooth HR operations.
Manage attendance, leaves, and manpower reports in Excel with accuracy.
Coordinate with the HO for payroll inputs, joining formalities, and documentation.
Handle contractor/vendor manpower tracking and documentation.
Maintain employee records and update site-wise HR trackers.
Assist in resolving grievances and ensure compliance with site-level HR policies.
Support in recruitment for site-level positions and coordinate interviews.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labor laws) in coordination with the central HR team.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports using Excel.
Key Skills Required:
Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
(VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, etc.).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage site workforce independently.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliances at the site level.
