2. Key Responsibilities
Payroll & Attendance Management
Manage
end-to-end payroll processing
through Om SaiHRMS software.
Maintain and verify
daily attendance
, biometric data, leaves, overtime, and shift schedules.
Prepare and process
monthly salary statements
, including deductions, incentives, arrears, and bonus.
Generate and maintain
salary registers
,
wage sheets
, and related MIS reports.
Ensure
accuracy in salary inputs
by coordinating with department heads.
Statutory Compliance (ESI & PF)
Prepare and submit
ESI & PF challans
within deadlines.
Maintain employee ESI/PF records, UAN, KYC updating, and enrollment forms.
Handle
monthly statutory return filings
and compliance documentation related to labour laws.
Coordinate with auditors during compliance audits.
HR Operations & Documentation
Maintain employee personnel files and ensure completeness of documents.
Handle HR reports, joining formalities, and exit formalities as required.
Update and maintain HR-related trackers, formats, and statutory records.
Training & Committee Management
Prepare and manage
training calendars
, attendance, and training records.
Coordinate internal and external training programs.
Maintain documents for
compliance committees
such as:
Internal Complaints Committee (POSH)
Health & Safety Committee
Works Committee
Welfare Committee
Ensure proper documentation, minutes of meetings, and follow-up actions.
3. Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or related field.
Minimum 5-7 years of HR payroll experience
, preferably in a
garment manufacturing exports house
.
Strong working experience with
Om Sai HRMS / payroll software
.
Knowledge of
ESI, PF, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, and other labour laws
.
Good Excel skills for MIS, salary sheets, and reports.
Strong documentation, coordination, and communication skills.
Ability to handle compliance audits and maintain accurate records.
4. Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates currently working or previously worked in
garment manufacturing exports industry

Knowledge of factory HR procedures, statutory requirements, and compliance documentation.
Experience in a fast-paced, labour-intensive, multi-shift factory environment.
