Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for the FMCG divisions.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Oversee employee relations and handle conflicts effectively.
Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Collaborate with department heads to understand and meet their HR needs.
Maintain employee records and manage the HRIS system.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the Retail or FMCG sector.
Strong understanding of HR policies and labor laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
