3. Outsource Project Management
Client Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding outsourced staffing needs.
Operations: Manage deployment and documentation of outsourced staff for various projects.
Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly reports on recruitment progress and project delivery status.
Candidate Profile: Requirements & Skills
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in HR and Recruitment (Consultancy experience is a plus).
Education: Graduate
Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate a team and drive them to meet tight deadlines.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for client interactions.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and various Job Portals.
Mindset: A learner attitude--someone who isn't afraid to take on new challenges and grow with the organization.
