Role Overview We are looking for Hr executive with 1 year of experience, who can support in various human resources functions within the organization. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities including Recruitment support, onboarding, exit, Hr operational work and grievance handling. Roles & Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Support in recruitment process i.e. coordination, scheduling interviews with hiring manager. \xc2\xb7 Onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and completion of paper work. \xc2\xb7 Background verification for newly joined employees. \xc2\xb7 Maintain accurate and up-to-date records with integrity and confidentiality of employee. \xc2\xb7 Generate reports and analyse Hr metric to identify trends. \xc2\xb7 Handle Employee offboarding, documentation and clearance procedure. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate with relevant department for a smooth offboarding process. \xc2\xb7 Provide administrative support the hr department. \xc2\xb7 Assist in updating and maintaining employee handbook.
