Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Handle the full recruitment cycle - sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing requirements.
Post job openings on relevant portals and manage social media hiring.
Maintain a candidate database and manage follow-ups.
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews.
Issue offer letters and track joining.
Administrative Support:
Maintain employee records and documentation.
Assist in attendance, leave tracking, and HRMIS updates.
Coordinate induction for new joiners.
Support day-to-day HR operations and office administration.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2-5 years of relevant experience in recruitment; experience in the
construction/infrastructure
sector is a plus.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and recruitment platforms.
Ability to multitask and work independently.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
