Job Description

Qualities and Skills Required

1. Must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.

2. Must be female.

3. Must be below 27 years of age.

4. Must be a graduate (preferably in HR/Business Administration or related field).

1. HR & People Management Skills

Recruitment & Onboarding: Ability to source, screen, and onboard blue-collar staff (cleaners, supervisors, etc.) quickly to meet operational demands.

Employee Relations: Skilled in handling grievances, absenteeism, and motivating staff from diverse backgrounds.

Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of labor laws, contracts, visas, work permits, payroll compliance, and occupational health & safety requirements

2. Administrative & Organizational Skills

Staff Scheduling & Attendance: Proficient in rostering, shift management, and maintaining accurate attendance records.

Documentation & Recordkeeping: Efficient in maintaining personnel files, contracts, leave records, and compliance documents.

Reporting: Ability to prepare HR reports (turnover, absenteeism, recruitment status).

Policy Enforcement: Ensures discipline and adherence to company policies across sites.

3. Communication & Interpersonal Skills

Multilingual Advantage: Comfortable communicating with a workforce from varied nationalities and backgrounds.

Conflict Resolution: Capable of mediating between workers, supervisors, and clients to resolve issues effectively.

Client-facing Skills: Professional in interactions when coordinating with site managers or client representatives.

4. Industry-Specific Qualities

Adaptability: Flexible and quick to respond to staffing changes, client demands, or operational challenges.

Health & Safety Awareness: Knowledgeable about hygiene standards, PPE requirements, and safe cleaning practices.

5. Technical & Digital Skills

HR Software & Payroll Systems: Familiarity with HRMS or staff scheduling software.

MS Office (Excel/Word): Skilled in preparing rosters, reports, and documentation.

Basic Data Analysis: Ability to track absenteeism, staff turnover, and overtime patterns.

Pay: From ?15,000.00 per month
