Job Description

An HR Executive manages daily HR operations, bridging employees and management by handling recruitment, onboarding, payroll, policies, training, performance reviews, and ensuring legal compliance, ultimately fostering a productive workplace and aligning HR with company goals through both operational tasks and strategic input on talent and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

Overseeing recruitment, sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.

Employee Relations:

Addressing grievances, managing conflicts, handling disciplinary actions, and fostering a positive environment.

Compliance & Policy:

Implementing and ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies, updating them as needed.

Compensation & Benefits:

Administering payroll, benefits (health, retirement), raises, and bonuses.

Performance Management:

Coordinating performance appraisals, goal setting, and development plans.

Training & Development:

Organizing programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Data & Records:

Maintaining accurate employee data, HR databases, and generating reports.

Strategic Input:

Contributing to workforce planning, engagement initiatives, and HR strategies for organizational growth
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
