Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
Schedule and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and culture fit.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Draft and release offer letters, employment contracts, and other relevant documentation.
Manage onboarding process including induction, joining formalities, and documentation.
Administration:
Maintain employee records (digital and hard copies) and ensure compliance with internal HR policies.
Support payroll processing by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.).
Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, leaves, etc.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training sessions, and events.
Maintain office supplies, vendor coordination, and basic facility management tasks.
Support compliance and audit requirements as needed.
