Key Requirements:

Female candidates only Local candidates preferred (Zirakpur / Chandigarh / Mohali) Immediate joiners 1-2 years of experience in HR (preferably in recruitment) Qualification:

MBA in HR

Hands-on experience using

Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed

, and other job portals

Responsibilities:

Sourcing and screening candidates through various platforms Coordinating interviews and follow-ups Maintaining candidate records and reports Supporting day-to-day HR operations as required
